2. Description of Service

Snap Inventory is an AI-powered inventory management tool that helps users photograph, catalog, and organize personal property for insurance claim documentation. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded images and extract item details.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using a supported authentication method (Google, Facebook, or email). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload content that is fraudulent, misleading, or intended to deceive insurance providers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without express permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all images and data you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your consent.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze images and generate inventory descriptions, prices, and other item details. AI-generated content is provided as an estimate only and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it for insurance claims or any other purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated valuations or descriptions.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms
